Nick Millican


BSC Hons

Nick joined Greycoat in 2012, having previously spent six years at Rockpoint Group LLC, where he was responsible for the UK investment and asset management programme. As part of that role, he led investments across multiple asset classes and strategies on the direct asset side, investing through all parts of the capital structure. Prior to this Nick worked in the Investment Banking team at Citi.


Adrian Bunnis


Adrian is Chairman of Greycoat having been head of the Central London development consultancy and development management arm of CBRE. Adrian was responsible for assembling and initiating a number of landmark development schemes including Angel Court (300,000 sq ft),  the development of 1 Crown Place (400,000 sq ft), which is a market leading mixed use office, residential and hotel scheme, together with the development and lease up of 120 Fenchurch Street (420,000 sq ft).  Adrian brings a wealth of experience from his in-depth market knowledge and his planning and development management expertise.


Paul Johnston

Prior to joining Greycoat in 2012, Paul was a partner for 25 years in Richards Butler, a substantial City of London law firm, and was its Chairman when it merged in 2007 with Reed Smith, so creating a global top 20 law firm.


Tom Olsen


Tom joined Greycoat in 2018 to oversee mixed use and PRS strategies having previously been CFO of EcoWorld London.  Prior to that he spent 2 years as London Regional Finance Director at Barratt Development PLC and 5 years in senior finance roles at The Berkeley Group.  Tom is a qualified Chartered Accountant having trained at KPMG.


Ewen MacPherson

Finance Director


Ewen joined Greycoat in 2015. Ewen was Director of Corporate Finance at Telereal Trillium between 2009 and September 2015. Prior to that, he spent 11 years working in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, and J. Henry Schroder & Co. after qualifying as an accountant with Arthur Andersen.


Dan Higginson


BSC Hons

Dan joined Greycoat in 2013, and is involved in the development, leasing and asset management of a number of large central London assets. Prior to this he spent two years at Hammerson, dealing with various aspects of investment, development and asset management in the the London office portfolio. Before that Dan spent over 9 years at CBRE, working in the Office Agency and Development teams.


Matthew Pinsent



A specialist in central London Asset Management and Investment, Matt joined Greycoat in 2015. He previously spent eight years at British Land where he was Head of West End Office Asset Management and subsequently Head of City Office Asset Management, leading the ongoing development and repositioning of the Broadgate Estate. Prior to that Matt worked at Great Portland Estates, Equitable Life Assurance and Legal & General.


Anna Lewis


Anna joined Greycoat in early 2018 to lead mixed-use investment and development opportunities,  having founded Edge House, an investment and advisory business that she ran for 4 years.  Previously Anna spent 5 years at Revcap, a private equity real estate fund where she was an Associate Partner and was an equities sales-trader at Goldman Sachs.


Matt Townend


Matt joined Greycoat in 2018 to oversee development of the firm’s mixed use and PRS strategies. He joined having been Managing Director at EcoWorld where he focused on residential and PRS.  Previously Matt was Head of Residential Development at Battersea Power Station where he spent 4 years and held various roles at The Berkeley Group where he spent 12 years.


John-Henry Forde



Johnny joined Greycoat in 2015, having previously spent two years at DTZ in the central London Investment team. Prior to this he spent five years in Paris working for Catella Investment.


Joe Ashton


Joe has over 20 years experience of working for Client, consultant and construction organisations. Prior to joining Greycoat he was Head of Project management at Capco, and held senior roles at Land Securities, Arcadis and Mace. Joe has extensive experience across the development process from planning, design, and procurement through to delivery and handover of large commercial and residential developments. He has a successful track record and ‘hands on’ approach to delivering fastrack refurbishment and redevelopment projects.


Simon Wood

Associate Director

Simon joined Greycoat in July 2017, having previously spent 10 years at British Land, where he was an Asset Manager in the London office business with a specific focus on the City portfolio. Prior to this Simon was at Jones Lang LaSalle in the City Investment team.


Kim Merryweather

Financial Controller


Kim joined Greycoat in 1990, following 10 years in property banking at Natwest. She is a qualified accountant and is responsible for tax and treasury management as well as financial reporting.


Erika Kuenstlinger

Finance Manager


Erika joined Greycoat in 2007, following two years at Fletcher King. Erika is responsible for treasury and financial management of our property and development manager mandates.


Jennai DaSilva

Property Accountant

Jennai joined Greycoat in 2018. Jennai was a Property Accountant for HSS Hire between February 2015 and July 2018. Prior to that, she worked for Capita and for Homebase Ltd, for 8 years.


Shaun Teo


Shaun joined Greycoat in 2017 as an analyst in the Investment team.  Shaun is focused on underwriting investment and development opportunities.  Prior to joining Greycoat Shaun worked at HSBC and Deutsche Bank.

Founded in 1976 Greycoat was listed on the London stock exchange for 21 years before becoming a private company in 1999.

From 1999 Greycoat has provided high quality investment and development expertise to third party institutional investors.

Since September 2012 Greycoat has invested in and asset managed new projects with an enterprise value of £1.3 billion.
