Land Director
Viktoria sits within the Strategic and Residential Land team at Greycoat.
Prior to joining Greycoat in 2022, Viktoria spent 15 years working in strategic Land. Viktoria worked for Strategic Land and Lands Improvement Holdings delivering large scale complex planning permissions and major infrastructure for mixed use schemes across the country. At Greycoat, Viktoria is integral to the delivery of Chelmsford Garden Community, a scheme producing on site infrastructure and 6000 new homes.
Notable projects:
- Chelmsford Garden Community – comprehensive placemaking for 6,250 homes bringing forward the Powers Farm section of the Garden Community for 1,250 units and delivering a key section of the Chelmsford North East Bypass.
- Cambridge South Science Park – working with landowners to promote a new life-science park for 1 million sq. ft of research and development, lab and innovation space along with 1,200 new homes.
- Wantage, Oxfordshire – delivering outline consent for 1,500 new homes, a community centre, neighbourhood centre, primary school and a strategic link road to create a sustainable urban extension.
