Office Manager and Executive Assistant

Victoria is Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO, as well as assisting the Acquisitions and Finance team.

Victoria joined Greycoat in 2019 as team assistant and progressed to Office Manager and Executive Assistant as well as taking on a Human Resources role withing the company. Prior to Greycoat, Victoria has over ten years of experience in customer service roles, including her role as Head Receptionist and Administrator at David Lloyd Clubs. Victoria is always continuing her development and has completed a First Aid course, Mental Health Course, multiple Microsoft courses and is Level 2 AAT qualified.

Notable projects:

  • Employee of the year twice during her position at David Lloyd.
  • Victoria is Greycoat’s Mental Health Officer.
  • Completed Level 2 AAT qualification in addition to her administrative qualifications.
