Tiago van Leuven

Tiago is a skilled financial analyst with a strong foundation in real estate and corporate finance. He holds a BSc in Management from the University of Bath and an MSc in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management, following his International Baccalaureate at St Julian’s School, Lisbon.

Before joining Greycoat, Tiago worked on the Corporate Finance Team at Savills Capital Advisors as an Analyst, developing complex financial models. Tiago prepared investment materials for large portfolios across the UK and Europe and facilitated client communication throughout deal execution. Prior to this, Tiago worked as an Analyst Trainee at Finangeste SA in Portugal, where he is gained experience building financial models and executing deals and transactions.

Tiago excels in financial modelling and is currently pursuing the FMVA certification at the Corporate Finance Institute, having consistently demonstrated high numerical aptitude, including achieving a 7/7 in IB Mathematics.
