Tharani Thayaparan

Tharani plays a key role in shaping the firm’s capital strategy to support long-term growth. She is actively involved in transaction structuring and execution, investor relations, and tax optimisation, with responsibilities that extend across the investment lifecycle.

Prior to joining Greycoat, Tharani spent five years at PWC, specialising in real estate and international tax advisory. During this time, Tharani qualified as an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA).

Tharani graduated with a First Class Honours in Economics and Management from the University of Bristol.
