Rebecca is responsible for financial management and reporting on asset management mandates.
Rebecca joined Greycoat in 2019 following 6 years at Asset Solutions Group Ltd. Rebecca is responsible for property financial management and reporting across Greycoat’s property portfolio, including client communications and reporting, managing tenant relations, supervising rent collection and service charge management as well as managing Greycoat’s own financial management and reporting.
Notable projects:
- Tower 42, a landmark actively managed tower property with over 100 leases, relatively high leasing activity and a complex multi-schedule service charge.
- Lime Street Estate, a multi tenanted office building next to the Lloyds building, with short leases and atypical (gross lease) service charge structure.
- Other multi tenanted Greycoat buildings including Vintners Place and Stirling Square.
