Since 2019, Naman has been responsible for the design and construction delivery across all asset types from commercial offices to strategic land.
Naman joined Greycoat in 2019 as a Commercial Director, after being the Commercial Director for Berkeley Group and overseeing £2bn for Central London Developments. He provides hands on expertise at every key stage, with over 30 years’ experience across different asset classes within the construction industry. Naman adds a strong presence in managing all our developments to programme and budget, whilst keeping a keen interest in safe site practices and improving the green credentials of all asset types.
Notable projects:
- 300,000 sq ft Christchurch Court Office development – oversaw the design and safe construction of the base build and intensely overlapped pre-let tenant fit out programmes to re budget.
- 60-hectare Residential development at Powers Farm, Chelmsford, part of a bigger Community wide Masterplan scheme. Overseeing the design, procurement and safe delivery of all aspects of the development ensuring working to a viable budget.
- Overseeing a £1BN central London portfolio of mixed use developments for Berkeley Group
