Katherine Berry

Project Manager - Asset Management and Development Team

Katherine is responsible for managing and delivering projects across the asset portfolio.

Katherine joined Greycoat in July 2024 as a key member of the Asset Management Team, where she oversees a diverse portfolio of projects across all assets. Before joining Greycoat, she gained experience at Goldman Sachs Real Estate Development, successfully delivering numerous projects across EMEA.

Katherine holds a degree in Business Management from Newcastle University and is a Chartered Construction Manager, proudly affiliated with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). Her career also includes valuable experience in the Banking and Retail sectors as part of Mace’s Corporate Real Estate team, before being seconded into the Goldman Sachs Real Estate Team.

Notable projects:

  • Responsible for successful delivery of over 120,000 sq ft of new HQ office spaces across EMEA whilst at Goldman Sachs. Oversaw all project stages from building due diligence, procurement and design, to delivery and handover. Katherine supported the delivery of the Real Estate ‘Net Zero Carbon’ Strategy. Projects achieved BREEAM Excellent and LEED Gold.
  • Managed delivery of a new 6400m2 IKEA concept store in London, including enabling and fit-out packages. Katherine’s role in the project included implementation and management of a Change Control process valued at over £7.5m and leading the MEP co-ordination and handover process. The project achieved BREEAM Outstanding.
  • Successful delivery of a new Lidl store, including structural enabling works and CAT B fit-out.
