John-Henry Forde

Director - Office Acquisitions

John-Henry is responsible for office acquisitions and has been with Greycoat since 2015.

Johnny’s focus is on sourcing new opportunities, seeking and building capital partner relationships to joint venture with and acquiring Core Plus and Value Add deals. Prior to joining Greycoat in 2015, John-Henry spent two years at Cushman & Wakefield, in the City Investment team. John-Henry started his career at Catella in the Capital Markets team post studying Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University.  As a fluent French speaker and French citizen, Johnny is also focused on Greycoat’s upcoming expansion and development in Paris. 

Notable projects:

  • The acquisition of Christchurch Court, EC4, a 300k sf investment and delivering a new capital partner relationship to the firm.
  • The acquisition of the Lime Street Estate, EC3, where there was significant upside potential to deliver a tower building.
  • The acquisition of Stirling Square, SW1 in 2021 a prime 100k sf office building in St James’s.
  • The acquisition and the redevelopment of Procession House, EC4, where the building was entirely pre-let and forward sold to a prominent German Institution in 2020.
