Henry Wyndham-Jones

Development Manager

Henry joined Greycoat in 2022 and is part of the Development Team.

Henry is focused on project delivery, initially on Commercial assets, with an emphasis on cost and project management. He is now also focused on Greycoat’s evolving Strategic Land projects, involved in a range of disciplines within the development process, including planning, technical and construction. Henry’s previous roles in the industry were at Core Five and Grainger PLC, after graduating from the University of Reading.

Notable Projects:

  • Involved in managing the delivery of:
    • Powers Farm, Chelmsford, Greycoat’s largest strategic land project.
    • Suffolk St James’s – 18,000 sq ft of high end, EPC A office space.
    • Various specific refurbishment works / asset management at Vintners Place, Lime Street and Stirling Square.
