Edward is one of our lead analysts focusing on acquisitions, special situations and residential developments at Greycoat.
Following his studies in Economics at Trinity Hall, Cambridge, Ed joined Greycoat in 2022. In his role at Greycoat, Ed has exposure to a number of sectors, underwriting and assisting in executing deals across the office, residential and renewable energy sectors amongst others. In addition to this, Ed performs UK macroeconomic and market specific research.
- Vintners Place – Edward assisted with the successful refinancing and restructuring of Vintner’s Place, a 260,000 sq. ft central London office asset. During this Edward assisted with the commercial negotiations, due diligence process and execution process as well as creating models to underwrite the new capital structure and business plan.
- Christchurch Court – Edward assisted with the underwriting, due diligence and leasing process on the £315m purchase and leasing campaign for Christchurch Court, a 308,000 sq. ft office City of London building.
