David Potter
Technical Director - Strategic Land
David joined Greycoat in 2025 as Technical Director within the newly formed Juniper JV, where he is responsible for the project management and commercial delivery of strategic land.
With over 25 years’ experience in the development and housebuilding industry, David has a strong track record in structuring, managing, and delivering complex large-scale projects from acquisition through to completion.
Prior to Greycoat, he was Technical Director for Strategic Land at Countryside Properties and Project Director of the flagship Beaulieu Garden Village in Chelmsford, overseeing the delivery of major infrastructure including a new rail station, road network, and community facilities for 3,500 homes. Earlier in his career, David held senior leadership roles at Nicholas King Homes, Colonnade Residential, Crest Nicholson, Gladedale, and Countryside, where he built extensive expertise across strategic land, planning, design, development management, and construction.
A Chartered Incorporated Engineer, David holds qualifications in structural and civil engineering and is an Associate Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers.
