Dan Higginson
Director - Development & Leasing
Dan joined Greycoat in 2013 and is responsible for the development and leasing of its London office projects.
Working closely with professional teams and the brokerage community his role is to ensure that Greycoat designs and delivers best-in-class assets, creating value for our partners by attracting a wide range of occupiers. Dan started his career at CBRE, working in the City Office Agency and latterly Central London Development teams, having completed an MSc in Land Management at the University of Reading. Before joining Greycoat Dan spent two years at Hammerson, working on the leasing and asset management of several large central London assets to facilitate their sale in 2012.
Notable projects:
- Pre-leasing approx. 300k sq ft at Sancroft, Paternoster Square during 2023, on behalf of Mitsui Fudosan.
- The design, pre-leasing and leasing of Stirling Square, SW1, a 100k sq ft office asset originally designed by Sir James Stirling.
- The development and pre-leasing 230k sq ft at Premier Place, EC2, facilitating its forward sale to a prominent Asian investor in early 2020.
