Chris joined Greycoat in 2019 and leads the asset management of the investments in Greycoat’s portfolio.
Chris joined Greycoat in 2019 and leads the asset management of the investments in Greycoat’s portfolio. He previously worked at CIT Group Partners, a private equity real estate company, where he was a Managing Director and responsible for both their UK and European portfolio’s primarily in office assets, but also retail and alternative investment sectors including hotels and healthcare. Prior to that Chris has gained extensive experience asset managing central London offices and mixed-use central London estates on behalf of major institutional investors and landowners. Chris has over 25 years’ experience in real estate and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Notable projects:
- Leading the asset management of The Lime Street Estate achieving over 20 new lease transactions since 2020 and restructuring leases to enable major longer term redevelopment options.
- Advising the Kirsch Family on the asset management of the 500,000 sq ft Tower 42 Estate, EC2.
- Mobilisation of Premier Place, Procession House and the Sancroft Building.
