Adrian Bunnis
Chairman
Adrian is Chairman of Greycoat, with particular responsibility for land assembly and planning related matters.
Before joining Greycoat, he headed the CBRE Central London development consultancy and development management team as an Executive Director, having started his career at the City of London firm of St Quintin. Adrian is a member of the Worshipful Company of Glaziers and through his role as Chair of Borough Market Trustees, he organised the delivery of 40,000 bags of fresh fruit and vegetables to 4 major hospitals during the COVID pandemic.
Notable projects:
- Acquired Christchurch Court, EC1- (300,000 sf) which is funded by a Japanese investor.
- Managed the process of designing, securing planning consent and delivering 1 Crown Place EC2- (400,000 sf), which is a market leading mixed-use office, hotel, and residential development scheme.
- Managed the process of site assembly, negotiating a pre- let and procuring the development of 120 Fenchurch Street (420,000 sf), on behalf of an Italian Insurance company.
