Wellington House

This 1930s building occupies a prominent position at the corner of Lancaster Place and The Strand, and forms part of a prestigious estate of land held in trust for the Sovereign.

Greycoat acted as Development Manager to comprehensively refurbish, reconfigure and extend the existing building to provide new modern Grade A office space, including a new seventh floor and roof terrace overlooking the Thames. The project was carried out with a number of existing retail tenants in occupation, with the property being 75% let prior to completion in January 2013.
