This Kohn Pedersen Fox architects scheme in the heart of the City of London was completed in September 2008. Occupying a prominent site at the junction with Wood Street, the building provides large flexible floor plates ranging from between 26,500 and 34,600 sq ft.

Greycoat acted as Development Manager to acquire the site, discharge all third party maters, secure a new planning consent, undertake the development, and secure a majority letting to Standard Bank on completion.
