Vintners Place Refurbishment

As Asset Manager of Vintners Place, Greycoat has overseen on behalf of the owner, Crescent Heights, the £4m comprehensive refurbishment of the main reception, atrium and lift lobbies in the building as well as 16,500 sq. ft. of office space on its 3rd Floor. The works represent the first phase of the asset’s repositioning within the market place.
