The building benefits from a core City of London location on the river Thames, in an area which is set to see further improvement with the imminent opening of the Bloomberg Centre.

Matt Pinsent said “We are very excited to be working with Crescent Heights in respect of its latest London acquisition. The opportunities and challenges presented by Vintners Place are at the core of what we do, enabling us to bring to bear our extensive asset and development management experience.”
