Greycoat has secured planning permission for a major refurbishment of The Minster Building, London EC3

On behalf of Ivanhoe Cambridge, Greycoat has secured consent from the City of London to carry out a comprehensive refurbishment of The Minster Building. The proposals include a major repositioning of the building, with a new entrance onto the corner of Mincing Lane and Great Tower Street and new retail uses on the lower floors. The completed property will comprise approx. 290,000 sq ft, with large, open office floors arranged around a bright central atrium running the full height of the building. A high quality tenant amenity space will link seamlessly into a central reception space, with the opportunity for an occupier to benefit from a second entrance onto the piazza to the north.
