Greycoat takes on Millennium Bridge House

Greycoat has been appointed by Shiva Hotels as asset manager of Millennium Bridge House, a 200,000 sq. ft. multi-let building in the City of London.

The building has a prominent position on the north bank of the River Thames and beside the Millennium (or “Wobbly”) Bridge.
