Dan Higginson Joins Greycoat

Greycoat is delighted to announce the appointment of Dan Higginson as Director to its team.

Dan joins from Hammerson, where he was responsible for the leasing, development and asset management of a number of substantial office properties in its central London portfolio. Prior to that he spent nine years in the City Office Agency and Development teams at CBRE.

Dan said “I know the Greycoat team very well, having worked with them on a number of leasing and development mandates during my time at CBRE. The recent additions of Nick Millican and Paul Johnston bring significant depth and a renewed focus, and I look forward to moving forward with the business in the next phase of its lifecycle.”
