Completion of Wellington House

Acting on behalf of the Duchy of London, Greycoat has achieved Practical Completion of the major refurbishment of Wellington House.

The building was reconfigured to provide a new entrance and a new top floor, with a roof terrace overlooking the Thames. The letting campaign is fully under way with strong interest in the property.
