120 Fenchurch Street Let to M&G

M&G is under offer to move its London operations to 120 Fenchurch, EC3, a 420,000 sq ft office scheme owned by Italy’s largest insurance firm, Generali.

M&G has long been in talks to take the majority of the space in the building, and this commitment will enable developer Greycoat Core to commence construction works.
