Nick Millican

Nick joined Greycoat in 2012, having previously spent six years at Rockpoint Group LLC, where he was responsible for the UK investment and asset management programme. As part of that role, he led investments across multiple asset classes and strategies on the direct asset side, investing through all parts of the capital structure. Prior to this Nick worked in the Investment Banking team at Citi.

Peter Thornton

Peter has played a central role in Greycoat for over 30 years, as a Board Member and now as Chairman. During that period he has been responsible for leading the development and asset management programme, drawing on the knowledge and contacts built up over four business cycles in the central London market.

Paul Johnston

Prior to joining Greycoat in 2012, Paul was a partner for 25 years in Richards Butler, a substantial City of London law firm, and was its Chairman when it merged in 2007 with Reed Smith, so creating a global top 20 law firm.

Greg Hartman

Greg formed ProspectHill Group as a private real estate investment company in 2013. Since formation, ProspectHill has made investments in London (through Greycoat), San Francisco, Los Angeles and Honolulu. Prior to ProspectHill, from 2003 to 2013 Greg was a founding managing member of Rockpoint Group, a global real estate investment firm; and from 1995 to 2003 was a managing member of Westbrook Partners, Rockpoint’s predecessor firm. Prior to Rockpoint and Westbrook, Greg held several positions in the real estate industry including spending seven years at Morgan Stanley Realty, ultimately overseeing the firm’s western US activities. He received an AB from Dartmouth College in 1980 and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1984.

Ewen MacPherson

Ewen joined Greycoat in 2015. Ewen was Director of Corporate Finance at Telereal Trillium between 2009 and September 2015. Prior to that, he spent 11 years working in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, and J. Henry Schroder & Co. after qualifying as an accountant with Arthur Andersen.

Dan Higginson

Dan joined Greycoat in 2013, and is involved in the development, leasing and asset management of a number of large central London assets. Prior to this he spent two years at Hammerson, dealing with various aspects of investment, development and asset management in the the London office portfolio. Before that Dan spent over 9 years at CBRE, working in the Office Agency and Development teams.

Matthew Pinsent

A specialist in central London Asset Management and Investment, Matt joined Greycoat in 2015. He previously spent eight years at British Land where he was Head of West End Office Asset Management and subsequently Head of City Office Asset Management, leading the ongoing development and repositioning of the Broadgate Estate. Prior to that Matt worked at Great Portland Estates, Equitable Life Assurance and Legal & General.

Alan joined Greycoat from Merevale Properties in 1985, having started his property career at Capital & Counties PLC. Initially responsible for Greycoat’s retail development activities, Alan has been involved with the central London office development since 1992.

Johnny joined Greycoat in 2015, having previously spent two years at DTZ in the central London Investment team. Prior to this he spent five years in Paris working for Catella Investment.

Kim Merryweather

Kim joined Greycoat in 1990, following 10 years in property banking at Natwest. She is a qualified accountant and is responsible for tax and treasury management as well as financial reporting.

Garry Payne

Garry has worked alongside Greycoat for over 30 years, being involved in all aspects of Quantity Surveying and Project Management whilst at WT Partnership. Garry has extensive experience in direct appointments advising financial institutions of the viability of projects and monitoring all aspects of their design, management and construction.

Erika joined Greycoat in 2007, following two years at Fletcher King. Erika is responsible for treasury and financial management of our property and development manager mandates.

Simon Wood

Simon joined Greycoat in July 2017, having previously spent 10 years at British Land, where he was an Asset Manager in the London office business with a specific focus on the City portfolio. Prior to this Simon was at Jones Lang LaSalle in the City Investment team.

Founded in 1976 Greycoat was listed on the London stock exchange for 21 years before becoming a private company in 1999.
From 1999 Greycoat has provided high quality investment and development expertise to third party institutional investors.
