1976 – 1999 PUBLIC COMPANY

Founded in 1976 Greycoat was listed on the London stock exchange for 21 years before becoming a private company in 1999.

1999 – 2012 PRIVATE COMPANY

From 1999 Greycoat has provided high quality investment and development expertise to third party institutional investors.

2012 – NOW RECENT HISTORY

Since September 2012 Greycoat has invested in and asset managed new projects with an enterprise value of £1.3 billion.
